Believing that stories and social gatherings are the future of retail, Shop Saturday is an online design destination and seasonal pop-up market with the goal of promoting more meaningful interaction between customers, makers and materials.

Our inventory and event concepts are ever evolving, bringing shoppers and product together in ways that are engaging, original and memorable. With a focus on mindfully sourced handmade and vintage goods from around the globe, we turn unexpected spaces into shoppable environments, encouraging both the one-of-a-kind find and the one-of-a-kind experience.

Co-founder Lauren Feiner brings her background in interior, product design and branding to the launch of Shop Saturday. Her own Feiner Goods line is featured on the site, including furniture and accessories created using unique vintage and global textiles, a particular area of expertise. Her aesthetic is pure Los Angeles, intertwining indoor and outdoor living with a mix of design styles and ethnicities. Lauren has worked at design and architecture firms on numerous residential, commercial and hospitality spaces, as well as in the field of advertising. Lauren previously ran the vintage textiles and floor coverings categories at One Kings Lane, where she started on the same day as Emily.

Co-founder Emily Fox's experience marketing, merchandising and buying for the arts comes together in Shop Saturday. She brings a history of launching consumer brands both in the US and internationally, having worked in content, social media and strategy. Emily's Materia concept store focuses on contemporary Mexican artisanal design. She highlights products that interpret traditional materials in new ways, from designers and communities who are re-imagining artisanal techniques for today's lifestyle.  Emily was previously on both the vintage decorative accessories and Integrated Merchandising teams at One Kings Lane, where she started on the same day as Lauren.
